The unit arrived promptly and installation was easy. The only problem so far is the manual control knob is extremely hard to turn and it does not put out the heat I anticipated. I have operated the knob dozens of times in hopes it would become easier but as of this writing has not. The gas company checked the pressure to verify it was correct.
I do recommend this vent-free gas log set.
